 2012 Developer Fee Justification Study
Chico Unified School District will hold a public hearing to receive comments at a regular Board meeting on April 18th, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. located at Chico City Council Chambers, East Fourth and Main Streets, to consider an adjustment to the District's Level 1 school facilities fees ("Level 1 Fees") imposed on residential, commercial and industrial construction projects pursuant to Government Code section 65995.

Current Rates are:
Residential $2.97 square foot
Commercial-Other than Rental Self Storage units $0.47 square foot
Commercial - Rental Self Storage Units $0.16 square foot

The building department (County or City) initiates Butte County Schools Impact Fee Certification Forms. Once you receive the form with the top half filled out and signed by the building department, bring it to our office at 1163 East Seventh Street.
Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
