If the employee's accrued days of vacation credit is less than total number of possible work days in the winter and spring breaks, the employee takes the remaining break days off without pay (per CSEA/CUSD Collective Bargaining Agreement §5.14.5.2).
*Cafeteria Workers working 181 days work the school year plus 1 day prior to the start of school, to be determined by the Director-Nutritional Services.
