| Computers for Classrooms and Families Program |

Computers for Classrooms, Inc.is
a volunteer computer refurbishing and recycling program that has
supplied many computers to Chico Unified schools. They receive surplus
computers, refurbish and upgrade them using volunteer labor, and supply
them to our schools and others.

 Buy a Home Computer for Only $90
|

Many CUSD families do not have computer access at home for students or parents.
Now
thanks to a partnership between the Chico Unified School District and
Computers For Classrooms, these families may be eligible to get a
computer through the Computers for Families program.
Families
that qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program or if your children
attend a CUSD "Title I" school are eligible to acquire a computer.
If
you think you may be eligible for a computer, contact the student's
teacher, counseling office, or school office manager for an application.

To
receive your computer bring your signed voucher to Computers for
Classrooms between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays. The

 Earn a Home Computer for FREE
|
|
|
Anyone --students, parents, community members -- can earn a FREE computer from Computers for Classrooms, Inc. by working 50 hours,
helping refurbish computers. This is a great way to learn more about
how computers work and earn your own computer at the same time.
