| | Many CUSD families do not have computer access at home for students or parents.
Now thanks to a partnership between the Chico Unified School District and Computers For Classrooms, these families may be eligible to get a computer through the Computers for Families program.
Families that qualify for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program or if your children attend a CUSD "Title I" school are eligible to acquire a computer.
If you think you may be eligible for a computer, contact the student's teacher, counseling office, or school office manager for an application. You can also download the application by clicking on the following link: Voucher for Student Computers .
To receive your computer bring your signed voucher to Computers for Classrooms between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays. The address and directions are printed on the voucher. OR, see online map here: Map to Computers for Classrooms | |

| | Anyone --students, parents, community members -- can earn a FREE computer from Computers for Classrooms, Inc. by working 50 hours, helping refurbish computers. This is a great way to learn more about how computers work and earn your own computer at the same time.
