AHERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act) requires Chico Unified School District to have and maintain an Asbestos Management Plan for every school site/location within the District. To meet this requirement the District will be making its Asbestos Management Plans available on-line as per the letter from the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

Hard copies of each sites Asbestos Managment Plan is available at the Maintenance & Operations office located at 2455 Carmichael Drive, Chico, California and can be viewed when requested by calling (530) 891-3195.
