Since work orders are processed year around, some will not be completed before the current fiscal year ends. These remaining work orders are completed in the following fiscal year, therefore, there will always be a percentage of work orders that are not completed in any given fiscal year. | |

| | Project request cards consist of items that are "enhancements" to sites. Many of these "enhancements" require research on the part of M&O staff to determine compliance with various state, local, and federal laws. Like work orders, project request cards remaining incomplete at the end of the current fiscal year are completed in the following fiscal year. | |
