| | SCHEDULES WILL BE AVAILABLE in the Multi-Purpose Room Thursday, August 6th from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Friday, August 7th from 7:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. (After those dates, schedules will be available in the Counseling Office) In order to receive your student's schedule and information packet, the following forms must be turned in: - The completed emergency card.
- The signed Student Behavior, Attendance, Anti-Bullying Expectations and Junior High Promotional Requirements tear off.
- If your child has a serious medical condition (i.e. diabetes), whereby doctor's orders are required for the school year, you must FIRST meet with the site nurse to make sure we have all paperwork current and all necessary diabetic supplies on hand before your child's packet can be issued.
