           Consequences
            First offense:                     Warning.
           Second offense:                Student/Teacher conference.
           Third offense:                     Thirty minute detention and phone call
                                                         home.
           Fourth offense                  Referral to Vice Principal/Principal

All offenses will result in a lowered citizenship grade. A referral will result
in a U for a citizenship grade. Depending on severity of the violation
steps may be skipped.
