District Grant Application Requirements
| | The Chico Unified School District has established the following policies and procedures related to applying for grant funding:
INTENT TO APPLY
Before you begin writing any grant for the district, be sure to complete the "Intent to Apply for Funding" form and return it to Janet Brinson at the District Office.
ADMINISTRATIVE (INDIRECT) COSTS
Unless specifically prohibited or limited by the grant you are writing for, you must include indirect costs, payable to the district, in your budget. The indirect rate is set by the state for each school district and varies every year. The rate for 2007-08 for Chico Unified is 4.29%. The indirect rate listing by district can be viewed here. | |
