Click on Sign Up.
Click on Group ID, type in 500005683, and click Search.
Click on Hooker Oak Open Structured Classroom PTO, click Next.
Enter your name and address, click Next.
Register your grocery card, click Next.
Register your Credit Card and Debit Card, click Next.
Double check info, click Confirm
Record your account number and password.
