| | Jay Partridge Elementary School is one of sixteen K-6 schools in the Chico Unified School District. Our enrollment is approximately 400 students in 16 classes with K-3 class size limited to 20 students each. See our School Programs for a description of some of the remediation and enrichment programs offered. As a neighborhood school that has served students for almost 50 years, staff and families enjoy our school community. Partridge On the Green, a evening BBQ held in the Fall, and monthly Grade Level Presentations and Town Meetings are some of the activities that promote this sense of community. | |

| |  Exciting News!! Our Academic Performance Index score or API for the 2003-04 school year was just announced and Jay Partridge students and teachers did a phenomenal job last year. Our scores increased 22 points to 741. This increase, one of the most dramatic in the district, represents a lot of hard work! We also met all of our Annual Yearly Performance Goals. | |
