Coats For Kids: LCC is accepting donations through December 12 of coats to be given to local children. P.J./Game Day: We are planning to have a P.J. and game day on the last Friday before winter break. Students in our class may bring games to play and to teach other students. Board games, card games, etc. are great, but please leave video games at home. Christmas Party: Is there a parent who would like to organize a small party for the children? Possibly the last Friday before break. Thank you Casey Wolk for volunteering. Vacation Reading: I will be sending home extra green reading logs the last week of school. Please encourage your child to continue to reading during the vacation. Also include times you read to your child and times they may be spending listening to books on tape. Student Teacher: We are very fortunate to have a student teacher in our classroom for the next few months. Her name is Stephanie Eytchison. She will be working with your child and doing many wonderful lessons. Please stop by and introduce yourself. Also check out her letter of introduction included on our site Final Notes: Thank you for sharing your amazing children with me. They are a very special and lovely group of children. It is an honor to be their teacher. Thank you. Merry Christmas and A Joyous New Year!
