CARNIVAL TIME IS HERE!
Our 9th annual "Make a Difference Day" Carnival is on October 24th from 11-3. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. There are many ways that families and staff can help. We will have a can food and coat drive so at the same time we too can make a difference for families in need. Please put donations in the containers located in front of the Loma Vista office. We need committee participants that will meet on Mondays at 4:30pm. If you need information please see Peggy.
Helping Ideas
*Look for sign up sheets by the sign in sheets in each classroom that are items we need donated for the carnival.
*Find or be a booth sponsor. A sponsor booth is $100. We have a solicitation letter for sponsorships and raffle donations. (See Peggy for all information)
*Set up or clean up the day of the Carnival.
*Support Innovative by purchasing raffle tickets or by selling them to others.
*Donate a raffle prize.
*Donate any size coats and canned foods.
*Bring your family and have fun.
*Bake Goods for cake walk.
Sponsorship monies will go towards booth prizes, supplies and total money raised. You may also share a sponsorship with someone else. A booth sponsorship is $100. All sponsorships are tax-deductible. Kids will make a banner for each booth sponsor letting everyone know of your contribution to Innovative. Sponsors may provide business cards, flyers, or other materials at the carnival to advertise their business.
Carnival Tickets: 20 tickets for $5, 40 tickets for $10, 60 tickets for $15.
Raffle Tickets: $1 each, 6 for $5, and 15 tickets for $10 and you do not need be present to win. A list of prizes will be posted be October 19th.
There are many carnival booths: Golf, Fruit Loop Necklaces, Fishing, Bean Bag Toss, Bounce House, Cake Walk, Treasure Chest, Bowling, Tattoos, Face Painting, Football Toss, Dunk Tank, Fire Engine, Fingernail Polish, and More.
Lunch can be purchased with your tickets. We will serve hot dogs, nachos, chips, and drinks
