| | Advanced (Must have at least 2 years playing experience)
This is the top level band at MJHS. Band members go on field trips, play in concerts and festivals and have lots of fun. Being an award-winning performance band requires a lot of focus, determination, and teamwork. If you choose this class, be prepared to work hard, but the outcome is both satisfying and rewarding. You need to enjoy playing an instrument and want to improve your skills. | |

| | Mixed Chorus is an introductory music class where you can learn to read music and sing. Students have the opportunity to perform and work together as a team to make great music. This is a fun class and recommended for anyone who likes to sing. (Offered Fall semester only) | |

If you love music and want to perform, join Marsh Junior High School's Talent Search. This is MJHS's top level choir. Members go on field trips, perform at music festivals, and sing for local community groups. Being an award-winning performance choir requires a lot of focus, commitment, and teamwork. Students learn more about music and choreography as they improve skills and develop self-confidence. | |
