Please keep track of the number and type of service hours you have completed and record them below. At SVEAP, families are committed to 30+ hours of service per year. Forms are due on the 10th of each month. Forms can be accessed and filled out online through Sierra View home page. Look for the link to Academic Plus Forms and follow the instructions for reporting your hours. Each family is responsible for reporting their own hours.
