GRADES 9/10 
          * Students develop personalized fitness programs for a healthy life style.
          * Students analyze various movement skills.
          * Students develop trust through structured risk-taking activities.
GRADES 11/12
          * Students will pursue activities for the purpose of gaining individual excellence.
