Physical Education Outcomes
CHS students will:
     *Demonstrate competency in the five areas of physical fitness
          1. Cardiovascular endurance
          2. Flexibility
          3. Muscular strength
          4. Muscular endurance
          5. Body composition
     *Develop skills needed to participate in a variety of physical activities.
     *Identify the benefits of lifelong fitness and good health.
     *Identify the personal implications and benefits of involvement in physical activities.                          ........*Demonstrate knowledge of the rules and strategies of team and individual activities.
