Our overarching goal is to provide the monitoring, enforcement, education and outreach to help reduce, and eventually eliminate, the use of tobacco by our school-aged youth.

Rebekah Holley, Emily Billena and Michelle Mancuso are Chico Unified School District's team that provide education, prevention and intervention services to the students, parents and staff in our middle and high schools.
Parents/Guardians/Caregivers - If you have a question or concern regarding your student's risk of tobacco/vaping use, we are able and happy to provide you with information or an intervention for your student. Click on the Student Referral Form to refer your student(s) for an intervention.

If you see these small caps in your trash can, you may want to talk with your student about vaping. These are caps to a popular new vape device called a Juul; they look like flash drives and don't omit significant vapor.
