Reporting an absence
When your child is absent from school for any reason, please call your student's school and clear the absence as soon as possible.
The attendance office will ask you for the following information:

- Your name.
- Your student's name.
- Which days was your student absent?
- The reason for the absence.
Students in elementary school may be asked for their student's teacher and room number.
As a reminder, if your child has been ill with a fever or nausea they must stay home for 24 hours after the fever breaks.
