You must register for your school of residence.  If you do not know which school is in your boundary area, you can obtain that information by clicking on our School Locator link: SCHOOL LOCATOR*

In order to have a complete registration packet you will need to submit the following documents to your school:

 

 

1.  Proof of birth date (birth certificate, birth record, passport, baptismal certificate, affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of the minor or other legal proof)

2.  Immunization Record

3.  Two forms of proof of residency (rental agreement/property tax statement, current utility bill, driver's license, or a notarized statement from the owner/renter indicating:  the names of people who are living with them, and the anticipated length of time of residence).  NOTE:  Owner/renter must show proof of residency.
